Navarra began its activity in the world of Science and Technology Parks in the year 2000, with the creation of the Ciudad de Innovación, conceived through the First Technological Plan (2000-2003) in which the Government of Navarra defined an area whose mission was to become an industrial policy tool aimed at fostering the socio-economic development of Navarra.

The Alava Technology Park is a reference environment regarding Research, Development and Innovation in the Basque Country, with a high flow of innovating companies devoting more than 10% of their investment to R&D&I, as well as an outstanding scientific-technological community integrated by researchers of Technology Centres, corporate R&D Units and R&D&I coordination agents.

The Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía in Malaga is a top quality area in which to set up innovative SMEs and large companies that are respectful of the environment and are devoted to manufacturing, advanced services and R&D.
