Originally from Atlanta, Matt moved to San Francisco last year to help build the next generation of GitHub's Enterprise product. Building web applications and development tools for the past decade, he's driven to share his experiences and the knowledge gained. GitHub manages to stay productive and organized without managers or a rigid hierarchy, from the perspective of the individual.
